At Alura, Kamrej near Surat, everything runs under one roof: sorting scrap, melting, alloying, casting and extruding. Because we buy our own raw material and process it ourselves, we control the chemistry from the first melt to the finished profile.
Part of our scrap is bought directly in Europe, through our sourcing team in Germany.

An aluminium and zinc manufacturer from Surat that buys its own raw material and takes it all the way to a finished product.
Who we are
HD Metal is a mid-sized manufacturer at Alura, Kamrej in Surat district. We started by remelting aluminium scrap into casting alloys and moved forward step by step: today we cast billets, extrude our own profiles and make metal zippers from zinc.
Our customers are foundries, fabricators, window and facade makers, machine builders and garment makers across India. We run at a monthly capacity of 600 to 750 tonnes.
For raw material we have a sourcing team in Germany that buys directly from scrap yards and recyclers in Europe.

Chemistry is checked on every melt. Every delivery comes with a GST invoice and analysis. Questions get a direct answer, usually the same day.
